本报讯“这酒口味够纯！”在河北省邢台市红星街一小卖部买酒的品酒行家杨先生向老板夸赞道。“那可不，酒在咱市是放心食品，正正规规大企业生产的，哪能跟小作坊勾兑的一个味！”创建食品放心行业，是邢台市质量技监局在完成产品质量和食品安全专项整治工作目标基础上，继续推动食品质量安全上台阶的举措之一。

　　11月上旬，邢台市质量技监局开展创建食品放心行业活动，率先在方便食品、酒类两个行业开展示范，根据促“大”抓“小”原则，“大”即大企业，“小”即小作坊、小企业。积极帮扶方便食品、酒类行业中的大企业，使其发挥“排头兵”的引导作用；严格规范小作坊、小企业，使其升级发展，通过规范，杜绝方便食品、酒类行业中存在的问题。

　　邢台市质量技监局通过帮扶，促使12家

方便食品、35家酒类生产企业全部取得了食品生产许可证。同时，加大了对这些获证企业的监管力度，建立起从原材料进厂到产品出厂全过程的监管链条。

　　目前，邢台市的方便食品、酒类生产企业按照开展创建食品放心行业活动的要求已完成了5个100%目标，即100%获得食品生产许可证，100%无食品生产加工小作坊，100%实行批批出产检验，100%实行食品添加剂备案，100%建立可追溯制度。日前，按照放心食品行业建设计划，该市正逐步将这一活动在所有食品行业推广。《中国质量报》
